How to choose a business structure in France?
Option 1 – Liaison Office:
A business address that you can use for your sales and marketing activities, add on your business cards and websites, as well as use for your customer meetings in Paris. Very simple to implement. An ideal structure for companies that do not need to invoice customers from France.
Option 2 – Branch:
If you are looking for a legal business structure that allows you to carry out commercial activities, the branch may the first step for your development in France. You need to appoint a branch representative in France who will represent the parent company in dealing with clients, third parties and the authorities. The parent company is liable for any branch debts.
Option 3 – Subsidiary:
A subsidiary is an incorporated French company and you will get a registration certificate. The company is independent from the head office outside of France. Many legal business structures are available for a subsidiary; our legal practitioners will guide you.
